Refund policy

What is your return policy?

We do not offer cash refunds but we can offer a credit note to the value of the product minus the postage. We offer a full refund if your products are damaged or not as described. We will also pay the postage cost for the return of the products, if they are damaged or faulty, not for change of mind or incorrect fit. We unfortunately cannot exchange or refund an item just because you have changed your mind. Items must be returned within 14 days of the customer receiving them.

Exchanges and Returns

To receive a store credit or exchange, items must be returned in their original condition, undamaged, unworn, unwashed and with labels attached. Millinery pieces must be unworn with labels attached and packaged in a suitable box packed with tissue paper. Please send returns to the postal address above.

Sale Items

Sale Items are none refundable and cannot be returned for a store credit or refund. Please choose carefully when selecting and committing to purchasing sale items.
