Sonlia purchase in quality clothing from our ready to wear range & also manufactures unique quality Millinery which are handmade with care and attention to detail. Please read all our terms & conditions before purchasing.

Products

Sale Items

Sale Items are none refundable and cannot be returned for a store credit or refund. Please choose carefully when selecting and committing to purchasing sale items.

Product Colour

We cannot guarantee that the colour display on your computer/phone screen will be completely accurate. If an accurate colour match is required please send your outfit or fabric sample to the address below. The customer will be responsible for the return postage of the outfit.

What if I am unsure about a size?

Any questions or if you would like us to measure an outfit for you to check if you are purchasing the correct size for you , please message us as we are happy to help in any way we can, contact us at sales@sonlia.com.au and we can email you further sizing details.

Labels

Other labels and accessories. We cannot guarantee we will have different sizes or colours available as we do not stock large amounts of any item, but we will do our best to achieve a satisfactory outcome.

Millinery Orders

How can I place an order?

If wanting to place a Custom Made Millinery order please email us or send us a message to our Facebook or Instagram messenger. We will do our best to reply ASAP. 

What payment methods do you accept?

All online payments are processed through Shopify. We accept most credit cards as well as AfterPay, Paypal, Apple Pay and bank deposit.

How long does it take for money to clear?

Will tax be added to my order?

In Australia all prices include GST (Goods and Services Tax), so you will not pay more than the advertised price. International orders are free of tax.  All prices are in the Australian dollar.

How do I cancel an order?

We complete orders as soon as we receive them, so contact us at sales@sonlia.com.au quickly for the easiest cancelling procedure.

Returns

Sonlia Fashion boutique requires you to contact us immediately by phone or e-mail if you are wanting to return an item you have purchased. Email us at sales@sonlia.com.au

What is your return policy?

We do not do cash refunds but we can offer a credit note to the value of the product minus the postage. We offer a full refund if your products are damaged or not as described. We will also pay the postage cost for the return of the products. We unfortunately cannot exchange or refund an item just because you have changed your mind. Items must be returned within 14 days of the customer receiving them.

Exchanges and Returns

To receive a store credit or exchange, items must be returned in their original condition, undamaged, unworn, unwashed and with labels attached. Millinery pieces must be unworn with labels attached and packaged in a suitable box packed with tissue paper. Please send returns to the postal address above.

Shipping

How long will it take to receive my order?

We use Australia post to send your Sonlia order. We are not responsible for any packages that do not arrive in the time frame Australia Post have stated. In case of any delays in postage please order ahead of time to avoid disappointment. Remember, rural areas generally take a longer time for delivery. Australia Post has a tracking number system in place and after postage your tracking number will be e-mailed to you.

How much is postage?

Postage prices for millinery, clothing, gloves & accessories are detailed on checkout.

How long will it take to receive my order?

All parcels are shipped from Mareeba, Australia. We will send your order via Australia Post.
Express - 1-3 Business Days 
Standard - 3-5 Business Days 

Can I track my order?

Yes. When we have posted your item a tracking number will be sent to your mobile number directly from Australia Post. Please keep an eye out for the SMS from AusPost.

Do I get a discount for local pickup?

The in-person pick up option is available for customer convenience. There is no shipping cost for local pick up.

How do I change my postal address?

Account and address management facilities are provided on our website, however if you need assistance please contact us.

International Taxes & Fees

Customers from countries other than Australia should be aware that imports may attract taxes and/or fees which is the purchaser’s responsibility. Please check your postal service on this issue before ordering, as Sonlia will not be held responsible for any additional charges that may ensue.
