All millinery pieces are one size fits all, using a comb and elastic to secure to your hair, on securely on a headband.
Please read clothing description for sizing and measurements. Refer to the below when checking your measurements.
- Bust: Measure the fullest part of your bust and make sure the measuring tape fits comfortably.
- Waist: Measure the measuring tape fits comfortably around the narrowest part of your waist.
- Thigh: Measure the widest part of your hips and make sure the measuring tape fits comfortably.
We no longer offer an alteration service.
When will my order be sent?
Your item will be posted within 48 hours of purchase, if urgent posting is needed, please make a note upon checkout & will do our best to post out ASAP. We use Australia post to send your Sonlia order.
How much is postage?
Postage prices for clothing and gloves are detailed on checkout, we do free express postage for all millinery to all destinations within Australia. International orders are $30 per item.
How long will it take to receive my order?
All parcels are shipped from Mareeba, Australia. We will send your order via Australia Post Express. Post times vary from 1 – 4 days depending on delivery location. We are not responsible for any packages that do not arrive in the time frame Australia Post have stated. In the case of any delays in postage, please order ahead of time to avoid disappointment. Remember, rural areas take a longer time for delivery.
Can I track my order?
Yes. We’ll send you a Tracking Confirmation email with your parcel’s consignment number so that you can follow your parcel’s progress.
Do I get a discount for local pickup?
We are now an internet-based business. The in-person pickup option is available for customer convenience. The price will stay the same in most cases, but we’ll do what we can for you.
How do I change my postal address?
Contact firstname.lastname@example.org to change your postage address, so your deliveries arrive at the correct address every time.
International Taxes & Fees
Customers from countries other than Australia should be aware that imports may attract taxes and fees which is the purchaser’s responsibility. Please check your postal service on this issue before ordering, as Sonlia will not be held responsible for any additional charges that may ensue.
We cannot guarantee that the colour display on your computer/phone screen will be entirely accurate. If an accurate colour match is required, please send your outfit or fabric sample to the address below. The customer will be responsible for the return postage of the outfit.
What if I am unsure about a size?
Any questions or if you would like us to measure an outfit for you to check if you are purchasing the correct size for you , please message us as we are happy to help in any way we can, contact us at email@example.com and we can email you further sizing details.
Other labels and accessories. We cannot guarantee we will have different sizes or colours available as we do not stock large amounts of any item, but we will do our best to achieve a satisfactory outcome.

What payment methods do you accept?
All online payments are processed through Paypal or Braintree (a Paypal Company). We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, Paypal and bank deposit. Sorry, no laybys.
How long does it take for money to clear?

- PayPal (with verified address): 1 working day.

- Bank Transfer / Direct Deposit: 1-2 working days.
Will tax be added to my order?
In Australia all prices include GST (Goods and Services Tax), so you will not pay more than the advertised price. International orders are free of tax. All prices are in the Australian dollar.
How do I cancel an order?
We complete orders as soon as we receive them, so contact us at email@example.com quickly for the easiest cancelling procedure.

What is your return policy?
We do not do cash refunds but we can offer a credit note to the value of the product minus the postage. We offer a full refund if your products are damaged or not as described. We will also pay the postage cost for the return of the products. We unfortunately cannot exchange or refund an item just because you have changed your mind. Items must be returned within 14 days of the customer receiving them.
Exchanges and Returns
To receive a store credit or exchange, items must be returned in their original condition, undamaged, unworn, unwashed and with labels attached. Millinery pieces must be unworn with labels attached and packaged in a suitable box packed with tissue paper. Please send returns to the postal address above.
